The main goal of a quality language services provider is to support and facilitate the client's activities with its work, its translations and its consultations. We understand the client’s interests, strive to share their worldview, and understand why our translations may be needed. We also understand how exactly our translators and specialists aid those who turn to us for help as well as what place our services and products occupy in the customer’s business and what value we can bring to it.
Since the founding of the company at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries, we have learned to work not only diligently and tirelessly, but also efficiently. We know that any costs for translation and localisation must add value to our customers’ projects. Our philosophy continues to be that each customer, regardless of the size of their project, receives from us enough attention in accordance with their tasks. Our basic priority is to clarify the needs of the client and optimize the solutions we offer.
We monitor market trends, listen to the needs and requests of customers, and study what new services and products they may require, not only in the nearest future, but also in the long term.
We respond to modern challenges and work in a hybrid format: our team is able to solve problems both online and offline. Despite the general trend towards remote work, we are happy to welcome the customer in our Moscow representative office or are ready to come to a face-to-face meeting at their office, and we believe that in-person communication between translators and customers is not a luxury but a guarantee of mutual understanding and success. However, all issues - terms of cooperation, projects, payment, interpretation - can be resolved remotely.
The history of the company began with an enterprise that was a centre of industry competence in the field of legalisation and notarized translations. The founders of the company, being translators by experience, education, and spirit, were there at the very beginning of the business, brought it through all its stages of development and continue to develop the company, defining its strategies, but not being away from operational activities.
The position of player-coach allows the company's management to be the leader of the AKM Translations team, masterfully navigate the world of translation, technological development and training, and control all levels of the company's work from the productivity of the project manager to ensuring the quality of services and introducing new technologies in the field of linguistic support for business.
